With an index finger on her chin, she examines all over the new guest. She smiles brightly afterwards, bowing as a greeting.
“I.. I was unaware of this! I-It’s a pleasure to met you Simon, er, sir!! I’m glad to know that Simon turns out to be such a handsome man. What do yout think about my older form, Older Simon? You should’ve seen me just a week ago, a magical anon had turned me older!”
“Yeah, I heard about that. Sorry that I wasn’t there, little guy.. I… I wish I can tell you why I wasn’t there.. And sorry to you too, Nia..” He sighs.
“But don’t think about it too much. You two just.. Just enjoy the time you have. You remember that saying that went around Tumblr? ‘YOLO’, I believe.” He chuckled.
“H-huh..? Older me, what are you talking about, where is this coming from?”
She stood silently, looking at the older gentleman. Worry and concern ran across her face, making her wonder what was wrong.
“Sir? Are you not telling us something..? Leeron has told me that interactions from other timelines and such might alter the future.. Is that why you’re hiding something?”
“I forgot how curious you were too, Nia.” He chuckles.
“You’re only half right, though. There’s a possiblilty that things might change if I tell you… The other, I don’t want to tell you.”
“Whatever the reason is, I don’t care! You can tell us.. Whatever happened, it’d be better if we know what’s up ahead of time, right? Right, Nia??”

“I don’t believe that will work, Simon… Is it.. If you do tell us, and it does change the future, will you cease to exist..? Such an act can change your future entirely, won’t it…?”
“Wow, you catch on quicker than I remember…”
“You two aren’t gonna stop, huh? Shoulda never never mentioned it..” He smiles. “It’s a possiblity, Nia… I’m not entirely sure if it will work though… I learned about it around this time anyway, so.. It should be safe… At least Nia won’t have the burden of telling you this time, Simon, er, me..” He chuckles to himself, looking down with a smile.
Nia gulps, slowly taking the younger Simon’s arm. Her face was full of worry and she wanted to cry, but she held back those tears as long as she could.
“M-me..? Does.. D-does something.. Do I…” She sniffled. “P-please, tell us what happens to me..” Her voice was shakey, finding harder for her to hold back those tears.
“N-nia, don’t think that way! I’m sure that it doesn’t have to-“
“Simon, don’t… You’re just pushing both of yourselves.” His face grows stern.
“Clean out those ears you two, because you need to listen carefully. Whether I disappear after this is beyond my knowledge, but I know that… Whatever happened in my future, it’s inevitable…” He sighs. “As I said, me and the Future Nia knew what was going to happen around this time… Yes, we were sad…” He clinches his teeth. “You can’t change some things though… That’s what saddened me.”
“Nia.. You’re hot human. Well, half, maybe, but… You’re a special human, I guess. Because of this… You won’t be around as long as everyone else. You want.. Die… But… You sort of.. Disappear.” He looks down.
“I.. I don’t… I don’t know when it started, but I know it can’t stop.. Simon, Nia… I.. I’m sorry that.. I told you.. All this..” HIs voice began to shake, but he kept his cool. “I… I hope you two will..”

She wipes her face, revealing a small smile. “I…. I-I understand. Truthfully, I knew I wasn’t like you humans… Even so, I didn’t know that… This would be the end result…” Small tears drip from her face.
“But I know… As long as I’m with Simon, I can be truly happy. Whatever remaining time we have left, I will spend it in happiness.. Hopefully, we will have more time in the future, more than you had… I’m sorry that you went through that, older Simon.. I hope I’ve made you and everyone else happy.” She smiles.
He wipes his face, nodding and smiling with Nia. “Older me… Thank you for telling us ahead of time.. I’m sure it would’ve been harder for Nia to tell me and hard for her to tell anyone…” He sighs.
“I… I’m so sad about this… Sad and angry, but… I knew it was too good to be true.” He laughs to himself.
